E-icare.com has been developed to put specialist eye care at the reach of everyone who needs it, regardless of their physical location in Australia or the world. The system has been designed to allow health care professionals to screen patients and have that data (including corneal and retinal images) be reviewed by a specialist ophthalmologist before any travel is necessary.

It is our aim to help everyone save time while gaining access to specialist eye care. We hope that by providing this service the result will be a decrease in neglect for eye health in remote areas by facilitating the screening process of patients with concerns about the health of their eyes.
